The Aiper Scuba S1 robotic pool cleaner is designed to automate routine pool maintenance while maintaining full coverage across multiple pool surfaces. Instead of focusing only on the pool floor, the system is engineered to clean walls, waterlines, and shallow sections, allowing it to address common debris accumulation zones that are often missed by entry-level cleaners.

Navigation performance is supported by a network of high-precision sensors paired with a dual-path movement algorithm. This system analyzes the layout of the pool during operation and adjusts its movement pattern accordingly. The WavePath navigation pattern is structured to reduce redundant passes while helping ensure more consistent surface coverage compared to random-navigation pool robots.

Cleaning performance relies on a dual-layer filtration design. The primary filter captures larger debris such as leaves, sand, and algae, while the integrated ultra-fine filter targets smaller particles down to approximately 3 microns. This combination helps improve overall water clarity while minimizing the need for frequent manual skimming.

The cordless design operates on a rechargeable battery that can run up to 240 minutes in Eco mode for lighter maintenance cycles or up to 180 minutes in deeper cleaning modes. Multiple cleaning modes—including floor, wall, auto, and scheduled operation—can be managed through the companion mobile app. The app also allows users to create weekly cleaning schedules and monitor cleaning activity.
